Terms and Agreements
There is a one-time developmental fee of all web sites designed by Techsnoop Consulting. Each customer has the option of payment in full or the account will be broken down into six month or monthly installments. If the client opts for monthly fee, payments are due upon receipt. Delinquent bills recieved after 10 business days will be charged 10.00.
Techsnoop Consulting reserves the right t remove web pages and hosting space from the internet after 60 days, unless otherwise discussed. In the event that a website is uninstalled due to non-payment or failure to make payment arrangements, there will be a $50.00 re-installation fee. Hosting only customers files will not be removed. However hosting customers will be charged 10.00 after 10 business days as well.
Once client agrees on the design of the web site, there will be a $30.00 an hour rate for cosmetic changes such as logos, graphic, navigation, flash or site redesign touch-ups and additions. Services received thru your monthly payment (monthly maintenance fee) are as follows: text updates, background color changes, proper navigation, acceptable server response, (depending on how many images) server uploads of new images for web sites, scanning of a limited amount of images (5), script validation, minor search engine management .
When domain name and server space are purchased client becomes responsible for yearly renewal of the domain name and server space unless the site is seasonal then monthly. Any Client agrees to inform Techsnoop of any e-mails sent regarding domain name and server space to ensure that the web site can continue to be viewed. If domain is not renewed Techsnoop assumes no responsibility for your site. |

| Privacy Statements |
| This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All demographic and contact information is kept on physically secured systems behind password protection. Techsnoop respects your online time and privacy. Your information will not be shared with no other parties. This includes web content, hosting and mail servers. |

| What is covered under your current monthly maintenance cost with Techsnoop Consulting. |
| This is a friendly reminder of what services Techsnoop offers you. Since your website was finished it requires checking, updating, removing and reviewing. Your traffic stats recorded and your dynamic content monitored. New animation updates are not allowed because they are considered redesigns. Only Existing content established once site is done are maintained. These features include the following, Flash, RealAudio, MP3, Video, Database scripting alterations, QuickTime, PHP, CGI, ASP and shopping cart updates, training and troubleshooting.. Any script or animations that need cosmetically changed will be billed at an hourly or flat rate and will be reflected on your next monthly invoice. |

| Customer responsibilities |
| Customer is responsible for initially providing documents needed to complete the website before going into production. After website is complete if there be any changes needed customer must provide the necessary documents and the website plan that supports it. |

| Textual Updates |
Text will be your responsibility. Techsnoop will on except text provided in particular formats. It’s your responsibility to proof read and title content updates. The following formats will only be accepted.

| Image |
Images submitted need to be on 3.5 Floppy, CD-ROM or sent via email. Images must be in a common format such as .gif, .jpg, .bmp, .png, .tiff, .psd etc. Any images submitted to be scanned may have pixel lose. If so it may not be recommended to be used. |

| Buttons and links |
| Your website has buttons that a visitor will click to go to another page (link) within your website. Sometimes the titles of these buttons will need to be renamed to fit your new content updates. |

| Counters |
| Hit counters will log every visitor to your home page. This can be in numeric or image form to display the number of hits. We also offer more in depth statistical information. |

| Guestbook |
| Allows your visitors to leave there name and a brief comment about your website. This guest book can be tailored to match your website's look and feel. |

| Mailing Lists |
| Gives your visitors the ability to sign up for newsletters, product updates, reviews and more. We also provide advanced mailing lists that will auto respond to its subscribers. |

| Email and Alias |
| Every website will have 5 or more yourname@your_address.com which can be checked via webmail or an email client. Aliasing will allow you to create a fictions name that will forward email to email address of your choice. |

| File Uploading |
| Any images, text or scripting will require configuration and finally uploading its content to the host. |

| Domain Transfer |
Techsnoop can transfer your domain name servers to our servers. This does not include your web files. However if you have a copy of your existing files we can transfer them then. In order to have a smooth transfer make sure you have the following updated:
Registrar’s web address (where you purchased it from)
Admin contact email address (email used when purchased)
Registrar’s username/password to its account manager

| Domain Parking |
